Inventory We will visit the property to be Let and carry out a full schedule of condition. Arranging a time and day that is suitable for all parties involved. The Inventory includes the full condition of the property. Doors, Walls Floor Coverings, Fixtures and Fittings, Garden, Garage etc. The  report states the condition at the present time and normally takes place  just before the tenant occupies the property. Check-in Blue Sky Surveys will check your Tenant into the property at the start of a Tenancy. The Inventory Clerk will go through the Inventory report with the Tenant. Any areas of concern brought up by the Tenant will be noted and the Inventory will be updated accordingly. Check-out Blue Sky Surveys will provide a Check-Out report at the end of a Tenancy. We will visit the property to compare the original Inventory and Check-In report with the present condition and report our findings to the Landlord or Agent. Interim Inspections Interim Inspections are a summary of the condition and cleanliness of a property during the term of a Tenant's lease. This usually occurs every three months through a Tenancy period. It is attended by Blue Sky Surveys at an appointed time and will provide a clear overview for the Landlord or Agent as to any problems or repairs that need to be addressed.
